Section 8
Fees To Be Paid
(1) In making an application pursuant to Section 7, there shall be charged the fees as prescribed.
(2) The health workers and health organizations shall have to pay the fees as prescribed to the committee each year.
Provided that, in making a request for permanent security pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 4, a non-governmental health organization shall have to pay such additional fees as prescribed.
